Returns Policy
- We are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of item(s) being received. Please ensure the returning item(s) are unused and in original condition.
- Please note CHiCHiA does not pay the cost of return postage.
- Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage or use a secure delivery service (a trackable service).
- Any items received damaged must be notified within 5 days of receipt
